I love a one pan dinner and only following 1 step is pretty sweet when you have a hungry family or you're starving.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half 1
1lb kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
salt and pepper to taste
1 red onion, chopped
Directions
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and onion. Cook and stir until onion is translucent, 8 to 10 minutes. Add the Brussels sprouts, cover and cook 15 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
