If something is taking you a long time to complete you have the power to change it, delegate it or remove it altogether.
Change it- Rework the task to take up less time by identifying the bottlenecks in the process.
Delegate it - Is this even a task you should be doing or would it make more sense to train someone else to complete it?
Remove it - Are you simply doing this because you always have? Does anyone else value this? Ask yourself this question and ask it of those around you. If the answers are no then remove it.
