The thing I loved most about having kids is that they could care less about my title. In fact they don’t know if I’m a CEO or a janitor.
As long as I spend time with them, encourage them and feed them, (they’re fine missing baths ;-)) they could care less about what I do in the business world.
When you sit down to write your review or walk into your own review remember there are plenty of things that paper doesn’t represent.
Don’t let all of your significance land on your job. It won’t be there when you retire but hopefully your family will.
