The Myth About Getting Noticed

One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made in my career is thinking there was a finish line.

I made the sales goals, saved the money, created a deep impactful change, then, I let my foot off the gas.

Spoiler alert: there is no finish line.

The joy is actually in constantly learning and growing. You may finish a project or make a deadline but remember it’s only one in a 30 to 40 year career.
